Parallax is an athletic-based group fitness studio aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in everyone. Sessions are team-oriented, challenging and supportive, producing optimal fitness results. Our goal at Parallax is to bring collegiate level sports conditioning workouts to our members, helping individuals obtain sustainable fitness results.

Monday - Friday: 4:45am, 6am, 7:15am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7pm
Open gym for members 8pm-10pm
Saturday: 7:30am, 9am
Open gym for members 10am-2pm
Sunday: 8am
Open gym for members 9am-2pm
